12 MONTHS TO 3 YEARS
Toddler Sleep Consultant
When independence meets bedtime, you need more than a schedule. You need a plan that works with your toddler's personality.
Get toddler sleep helpNo commitment, just a chat about your situation
Toddler sleep is a completely different game from baby sleep.
At 6 months, sleep problems are usually biological: sleep cycles, associations, wake windows. By 12 to 18 months, your child has opinions, preferences, and a growing ability to communicate them. Bedtime becomes a negotiation. Night waking becomes a boundary test. Nap refusal becomes a daily battle of wills.
The strategies that worked at 6 months won't work now. You need an approach that respects your toddler's growing independence while keeping sleep predictable and calm. That's exactly what we do.
Common toddler sleep challenges
Bedtime battles
Stalling, demanding 'one more story', asking for water, taking an hour to settle. This is boundary testing, and it's completely normal.

Why toddler sleep needs a different approach
Baby sleep consulting focuses on biology: getting sleep cycles, wake windows, and associations right. Toddler sleep consulting adds psychology: boundaries, communication, emotional regulation, and the power of predictability.
Your toddler isn't being "naughty" when they refuse bedtime. They're testing the limits of their new independence, which is healthy and developmentally appropriate. The challenge is setting clear, consistent boundaries while staying warm and connected.
We specialise in gentle boundary-setting that works with your toddler's temperament, not against it. Whether your child is strong-willed, anxious, easy-going, or somewhere in between, we create a plan that matches who they are.

Common questions about toddler sleep support
What ages does your toddler sleep support cover?
We work with toddlers from 12 months through to around 3 years. This covers the major transitions: the 2-to-1 nap drop, the cot-to-bed move, the 18-month and 2-year sleep regressions, and all the bedtime boundary-testing that comes with growing independence.
Is your approach gentle for toddlers?
Yes. We use gentle, boundary-based methods that respect your toddler's growing autonomy. We never recommend leaving a toddler to cry without support. Our methods involve clear, consistent boundaries delivered with warmth, and we help you find an approach that matches your parenting style.
Can you help with a toddler who keeps getting out of bed?
This is one of the most common reasons families contact us. The cot-to-bed transition is tricky, and bedtime can become a marathon of returns and negotiations. We create a specific plan for your toddler that makes bedtime calm and predictable again.
How is toddler sleep consulting different from baby sleep consulting?
Baby sleep is primarily about biology: sleep cycles, associations, and age-appropriate schedules. Toddler sleep is about all of that plus psychology: boundaries, independence, communication, fears, and the power of routine. The strategies that worked at 6 months won't work at 18 months.
How quickly will I see improvement?
Most families see meaningful improvement within the first week, though every toddler is different. Toddlers who are testing boundaries at bedtime often respond quickly to consistent, gentle limits. More complex issues like night terrors or sleep anxiety may take a little longer.
What's included in the package?
Every package includes a bespoke sleep plan built for your toddler, plus daily WhatsApp check-ins where we review how things went and adjust the plan. Support hours are 6:30am to 9pm, 7 days a week. The 2-week package is £250 and the 4-week package is £350.
