About Tiny Sleepers
Gentle, evidence-based sleep support — delivered where you need it most

Our story
Tiny Sleepers was born from a simple frustration: when your baby won't sleep at 2am, the last thing you need is to wait until Thursday for a scheduled video call with a sleep consultant.
We built a different model — one that meets you where you already are: on WhatsApp. No apps to download, no portals to log into. Just open your phone and message us.
Every plan we create is evidence-based, aligned with NHS guidelines and Lullaby Trust safe sleep recommendations. We never push a single method — instead, we work with you to find an approach that fits your baby's temperament, your comfort level, and your family's needs.

What we believe
- You are not failing. You are doing an amazing job
- Every baby is different — there is no one-size-fits-all answer
- Feeding to sleep is biologically normal — only change it if it's unsustainable for your family
- Sleep training is a spectrum, and we never push one method
- Wake windows are a useful guide, not a rigid schedule
- Co-sleeping can be done more safely by following guidelines
- Regressions are actually progressions — they're signs of healthy development
- 6am is a normal baby wake time

Why WhatsApp?
Most sleep consultants offer video calls during business hours. But sleep problems don't happen between 9 and 5. They happen at 2am, when you're exhausted and unsure what to do.
Our WhatsApp-first model means you can message us when you need help, get a personalised response during support hours, and have a running record of every adjustment and win. No apps to install, no portals to remember — just the messaging app you already use every day.
