You're reading this because your baby isn't sleeping — and you're exhausted.

Night waking, short naps, 45-minute bedtime battles, early mornings. You've tried the apps, read the books, followed the health visitor's advice. Nothing's sticking. You just want someone to tell you exactly what to do for YOUR baby — and support you through it.

Manchester's young family population has grown rapidly, with new developments across Salford Quays and Ancoats attracting first-time parents. We support families across Greater Manchester, from the suburban streets of Didsbury to the busier corridors of the Northern Quarter. Our WhatsApp-based service means you don't need to travel — support comes to you.

Tiny Sleepers provides personalised, one-to-one baby sleep support via WhatsApp. We create a bespoke sleep plan for your baby, then support you through it with daily check-ins — so you're never doing it alone.

What we help Manchester families with

Our approach

Not cry-it-out. We offer a spectrum of gentle methods and find the one that matches your comfort level. You're always in control.

No judgement. Ever. Co-sleeping, feeding to sleep, using a dummy — we meet you where you are. No shame, no guilt.

Your baby is different — we know. That's why every plan is built from scratch for your specific baby, not a template from a book.

Medical-aware. If something sounds like reflux, tongue-tie, or another medical issue, we'll refer you to your GP. We stay in our lane.

How it works

1

Message us on WhatsApp

Tell us about your baby — age, sleep situation, what you've tried. We'll reply within minutes during support hours. No commitment.

2

We create your bespoke plan

You'll complete a detailed intake form. We use it to build a personalised sleep plan covering nights, naps, routines, and environment.

3

Daily WhatsApp support

Every day of your package, we check in, review how the night went, and adjust the plan. Support hours: 6:30am–9pm, 7 days a week.

4

Better sleep

Most families see meaningful improvement within the first week or two. We keep adjusting until your baby's sleep is where you want it.

from families we've worked with

We'd tried two other sleep consultants before. Tiny Sleepers was the first one that actually listened to what our family needed.

Rachel D., Manchester4-week package, bedtime battles + early waking

I was sceptical about a WhatsApp-based service but it's actually better than in-person. You get support every single day, not just one appointment.

Common questions

Do I need to be in Manchester for the consultations?

No — our service is fully remote via WhatsApp. We support families across Manchester, Salford, Stockport and the rest of the UK. You get the same personalised daily support wherever you are.

What ages do you work with?

We work with babies and toddlers from newborn up to around 3 years old. Our approach is adapted to your child's age and developmental stage — what works for a 4-month-old is very different to what works for an 18-month-old.

Is your approach gentle? Do you use cry-it-out?

We offer a spectrum of gentle methods and help you find the one that matches your comfort level. We never recommend leaving your baby to cry without support. You're always in control of the approach.

Do I need to travel to a clinic for consultations?

Not at all — everything happens via WhatsApp. You message us daily updates, we review them and adjust your plan. It's more convenient than clinic visits and you get far more contact time — daily check-ins rather than a one-off appointment.

How quickly will I see results?

Every baby is different, but most families see meaningful improvement within the first week or two. Because we adjust the plan daily based on how your baby responds, we can usually find what works for your family.

What's included in the packages?

Every package includes a bespoke sleep plan built specifically for your baby, plus daily WhatsApp check-ins where we review how things went and adjust the plan. Support hours are 6:30am–9pm, 7 days a week. The 2-week package is £250 and the 4-week package is £350.
