You're reading this because your baby isn't sleeping — and you're exhausted.
Night waking, short naps, 45-minute bedtime battles, early mornings. You've tried the apps, read the books, followed the health visitor's advice. Nothing's sticking. You just want someone to tell you exactly what to do for YOUR baby — and support you through it.
High Wycombe and the Chilterns attract families who want countryside living with city access. Our remote sleep support fits this lifestyle perfectly — you get daily, expert guidance wherever you are, without needing to travel to a clinic.
Tiny Sleepers provides personalised, one-to-one baby sleep support via WhatsApp. We create a bespoke sleep plan for your baby, then support you through it with daily check-ins — so you're never doing it alone.
What we help High Wycombe families with

Our approach
Not cry-it-out. We offer a spectrum of gentle methods and find the one that matches your comfort level. You're always in control.
No judgement. Ever. Co-sleeping, feeding to sleep, using a dummy — we meet you where you are. No shame, no guilt.
Your baby is different — we know. That's why every plan is built from scratch for your specific baby, not a template from a book.
Medical-aware. If something sounds like reflux, tongue-tie, or another medical issue, we'll refer you to your GP. We stay in our lane.
How it works
Message us on WhatsApp
Tell us about your baby — age, sleep situation, what you've tried. We'll reply within minutes during support hours. No commitment.
We create your bespoke plan
You'll complete a detailed intake form. We use it to build a personalised sleep plan covering nights, naps, routines, and environment.
Daily WhatsApp support
Every day of your package, we check in, review how the night went, and adjust the plan. Support hours: 6:30am–9pm, 7 days a week.
Better sleep
Most families see meaningful improvement within the first week or two. We keep adjusting until your baby's sleep is where you want it.
from families we've worked with
“I loved that they explained the science behind everything. It wasn't just 'do this' — I understood WHY, which made me so much more confident.”
Claire J., Cambridge — 2-week package, short naps + early waking
“I was sceptical about a WhatsApp-based service but it's actually better than in-person. You get support every single day, not just one appointment.”

Common questions
Do I need to be in High Wycombe for the consultations?
No — our service is fully remote via WhatsApp. We support families across High Wycombe, Marlow, Beaconsfield and the rest of the UK. You get the same personalised daily support wherever you are.
What ages do you work with?
We work with babies and toddlers from newborn up to around 3 years old. Our approach is adapted to your child's age and developmental stage — what works for a 4-month-old is very different to what works for an 18-month-old.
Is your approach gentle? Do you use cry-it-out?
We offer a spectrum of gentle methods and help you find the one that matches your comfort level. We never recommend leaving your baby to cry without support. You're always in control of the approach.
Isn't London full of sleep consultants? Why choose you?
London has plenty of options, but most offer a single phone call or home visit followed by a PDF plan. We provide daily WhatsApp support for your entire package — someone checking in every morning, adjusting the plan, answering your questions in real time. That continuity is what gets results.
Do you offer home visits in the London area?
No — our service is entirely remote via WhatsApp, which actually works better for most families. You get daily support rather than a single visit, we can respond in real time when things come up, and there's no need to tidy the house for a stranger.
How quickly will I see results?
Every baby is different, but most families see meaningful improvement within the first week or two. Because we adjust the plan daily based on how your baby responds, we can usually find what works for your family.
What's included in the packages?
Every package includes a bespoke sleep plan built specifically for your baby, plus daily WhatsApp check-ins where we review how things went and adjust the plan. Support hours are 6:30am–9pm, 7 days a week. The 2-week package is £250 and the 4-week package is £350.
